Mental Health Clinical Social Worker LCSW - Summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to patients at its outpatient locations in Northern Kentucky, including Covington, Florence, Newport, Williamstown, Carrollton, Falmouth, Owenton, and Warsaw. Many of our locations are within 10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This position requires a valid Kentucky LCSW license. This job is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000!

Mental Health Clinical Social Worker LCSW - Qualifications

  • Master's degree or above in Social Work or other clinical field of study related to behavioral health is required.
  • Must have or be eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky.
  • Experience, knowledge, training, and education related to working in a behavioral health setting.

Mental Health Clinical Social Worker LCSW - Job Duties

  • Provide individual, family, and group behavioral health therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient office setting.
  • Provide behavioral health crisis assessment and therapy services to for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based upon clients' areas of need, diagnoses, and symptoms.
  • Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, and other related professionals in the community.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required.
  • Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.
  • Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,900.00 - $75,000.00 per year
