Membership Concierge Job at Cedar Point Club
Cedar Point Club is in search of a well-qualified Member Concierge who is looking for an opportunity at an established Club to work with a team that has committed themselves to exceptional member service. A well-qualified candidate will possess a general knowledge of golf, tennis, and the family-oriented club lifestyle. The candidate will perform a wide range of membership, administrative, and office support activities for the Membership and Management Team to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Membership Concierge is a full time — minimum 40 hours per week — with a base schedule of 8 hours per day Tuesday through Saturday. Overtime on an as-needed basis. This concierge reports to the Director of Hospitality
Essential Duties
Provides complete support to the Management Team
Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, directing member inquiries, making member reservations
Perform clerical tasks including basic bookkeeping and mail processing
Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
Responsible for achieving the highest possible service standards to our members on a daily basis to ensure consistency, and product quality, and promote member confidence and loyalty
Greet and direct members, guests, and clients upon arrival
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing
Resolve routine administrative problems and inquiries
Prepare written/email responses to routine inquiries
Prepare materials for staff and committee meetings
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Skills
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy when completing assignments
Able to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Willing and able to adapt to changing environment
Customer service oriented
Able to be effective within a team environment
Compensation: $16-$18/hour commensurate with experience
