Mazon Health Solutions LLC provides Chronic care management (CCM) services, generally non-face-to-face, to Medicare beneficiaries who have multiple (two or more) chronic conditions expected to last at least 12 months, or until the death of the patient. As a Provider Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales of CCM services to Primary Care/Specialist Physician practices in your exclusive territory. In return, we offer an aggressive compensation plan that will pay you per contract with no cap!

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Currently Selling to Primary Care and Specialist Physician practices. (Highly preferred)
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes.
  • Authentic, independent, and decisive sales professional who drives results through clear, positive communication, effective oral and written presentation skills a must.
  • Quick learner, intelligent, professional, friendly, and polished; ability to inspire credibility and trust with all customers.
  • Ability to listen to healthcare professionals and their staff to tailor a solution to meet their needs.
  • Hit the ground running by bringing and establishing prospective customers and immediately scheduling meetings.
  • Support new and existing strategic network initiatives and programs and communicate to providers.

Experience:

  • 4+ years experience selling to physicians and physician practices especially Primary Care Physicians, Internal medicine, Geriatrics, Cardiologist and Endocrinologists.
  • 3+ Years working in chronic care management (Highly preferred)
  • Data analytics and reporting experience.
  • Experience in managed care, health plan operations, provider contracting, customer service, or provider relations.

Compensation: $2000 per contract + no cap
