Vista Physician Group is a professional network which includes family medicine physicians and specialists with 10+ offices located throughout Lake County. We are looking for a professional Medical Receptionist (bilingual preferred) at our Waukegan location.

*This is a full-time position, must be flexible with your schedule and be available on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with the patient to ensure that the check-in and check-out and insurance verification is carried out efficiently.
- Answers questions about the facility's policies and services.
- Makes advance appointments and handles special requests. Issues invoices and collects fees.
- Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, cleaning work space, and assisting managers and supervisors as needed.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare field.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision
Qualifications, Desired Skills, and Experiences
- H.S. Diploma
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience in a medical setting is preferred
- Travel to other Vista Health sites may be required
