- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Verifying financial records and collecting money.
- Maintaining office inventory by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Completing all responisibilties by the end of shift.
- Scan in docuementation
- Keep receptionist area neat and tidy.
- Keep company forms, printed and stocked.
- Every other weekend is REQUIRED
