Medical Billing/Office Manager Job at TriSource

TriSource is working with a Human Service organization in Baltimore County, MD that is looking for an Administrative/Billing Manager to support admin processes and operations primarily related to HR and finance. This is a direct-hire position with an immediate start!!

Must be tech savvy and background in quickbooks!

Responsbilities:

  • Conduct interviews, phone screens, and filter candidates for open positions
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance via phone and email
  • Oversee processes that ensure proper completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly administrative and fiscal requirements
  • Responsible for payroll processing anf financial reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records for client’s personal funds and facilitate client account disbursements and reconciliation
  • Draft and update operating manuals and policies and procedures
  • Update and Maintain employee personnel records
  • Organize and supervise office activities, order supplies, maintain inventory

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, finance, business administration or equivalent, preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in administration, human resources, finance or related fields.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Quickbooks background
  • Covid Vaccination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
