Job Title: Medical Benefits / Claims Call Center Representative
Number of Openings: 4
Tentative Start Date: January 30th
Location: Frisco, TX
Pay: $20/hr ($20.50/hr for Spanish Bilingual)

Hours: Must be available to be work an 8 hour shift Mon-Fri occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8am-5pm.
Job Description:
- Answer questions and handle problem resolution on benefit, provider or claim issues; must be able to explain copays, out of pocket, and co-insurance and how they work
- Averaging 80 to 100 calls per day
- Follow up with members and providers as necessary
- Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentation, as necessary
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Ability to multitask
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 2+ years Exp. with medical insurance, benefits or claims in a call-center environment required; only being able to verify insurance or explain co-pays will NOT be a fit for this role
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- High school diploma required/college degree a plus
- Excellent communication sills
- Strong PC Skills - Word/Excel required
- A desire to help people
- Ability to adapt to communication style based on the caller's needs
- Respond well in a stressful, dynamic environment
- Flexible uses critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills
- Team player & Positive attitude
- Professional Appearance
- Typing Required: 35-40 WPM
