Medical Assistant Job at Lake Oswego Health Center
We are hiring a medical assistant for our integrative practice in downtown Lake Oswego. Our clinic offers cutting edge integrative medicine including ozone therapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments, hyperbaric chamber, and injections for a variety of health and cosmetic concerns. In addition to this, we offer general primary care.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare lab orders
- Help to manage the doctor's schedule and clinic inventory
- Administer injections and other therapies in accordance with the patient's treatment plan
- Assist with our onsite medispa, including helping clients with detox footbaths, microcurrent treatments, sauna, and hyperbaric chamber
- Clear communications with patients regarding their treatment plan, prescription refills and portal messages on our electronic health records
Qualifications:
- Prefer two years experience as a medical assistant
- Proficient in use of EHR for charting, scheduling
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
