We are a small practice with less than 25 employees, that is looking for a reliable individual to join our work family! We have been practicing in the Waukesha community for over 40 years and are continuing to grow!
An immediate opening for a part-time medical assistant is now available. The job will be approximately 26-30hours/week depending on patient load.
Cross training hours may become available as we continue to grow!
Job duties include taking patient vitals, rooming patients, updating medications and allergies, cleaning exam rooms and instruments. Candidate should also be able to schedule appointments, do prior authorizations, and be willing to help out in reception as needed.
Must be professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Epic certification is a plus.
Job location will rotate between Oconomowoc and Pewaukee.
Shifts:
Tuesday
Pewaukee: 8:15-5:00 (7.5)
Wednesday
Pewaukee: 2:00-7:00 (5.0)
Thursday
Oconomowoc: 8:30-12:00 (3.5)
Pewaukee: 12:30-4:30 (4.0)
Friday
Pewaukee: 8:30-3:00 (6.0)
No weekends.
Vacation (after 3-month probation)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
