As a Media Operations II – Retail Media, you will be responsible for activation of cross-platform campaigns for some of our more complex suppliers and agencies, ensuring compliance, seamless execution, and optimization towards goals and objectives. This individual will play an essential role in campaign management and supporting account relationships.

What is the work?
Campaign Management / Account Support:
  • Sets up / traffics cross-platform media campaigns for some of our more complex accounts, leveraging various systems and platforms
  • Compiles and implements tagging to capture media metrics (1st and 3rd party)
  • Develops and activates audience segments for targeting setup
  • Assist in the Conducts of comprehensive QA to ensure compliance vs. internal and external guidelines (i.e., brand safety, viewability, etc.)
  • Monitors delivery and performance closely throughout duration of campaigns
  • Assists in Developing and implements comprehensive optimization strategies focused on campaign goals and objectives (internal and external)
  • Captures screenshots and compiles proof of performance
  • Stays current with trends and competition; helps develop competitive analysis as needed
  • Collaborates on, and may lead select strategic projects, assists with GTM rollouts and new ad product testing
  • Works closely with crew counterparts across Sales, Account Management and Media Planning to support campaign goals and provides exceptional service

What is your background?
  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ad operations, ad trading, ad technology, campaign management and/or media planning
  • Experience in Ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, CitrusAd, PromoteIQ, and Criteo needed
  • Experience working in demand-side platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, and Amazon Ads DSP preferred
