Position Summary:
The Media Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance, production, and distribution of print and digital communications for Archbishop Ryan high School.

As a religious organization, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia is also bound by Canon Law and Catholic

Position Summary:
The Media Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance, production, and distribution of print and digital communications for Archbishop Ryan high School.
Social Media and Website Management
- Utilizing the content management system, the Coordinator will work across departments to ensure that all information on social media and the website is current and accurate.
- Create and maintain an appealing and engaging web presence through the website in conjunction with the Director of Communications through photos, videos and design.
- Provide guidance and support to members of the faculty and staff in updating and maintaining their content areas.
- Working with the Alumni and Development department to design, develop, and implement communications to drive donor engagement to the Archbishop Ryan High School.
- Assist with the production of communications related to campaigns and Planned Giving.
- Assist with the creation and dissemination of alumni publications.
- Ensure that communication calendar is coordinated with the overall school calendar.
- Work with the Athletic department to share results, advertise upcoming events and feature teams on Social Media.
- Collaborate with the Admissions office to create and deliver meaningful print and electronic content to prospective students and families.
- Contribute to school wide communications through email message systems and Social media platforms.
- Charged with social media updates related to time sensitive school wide information.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in communications, print and electronic media.
- 1-2 years’ experience in website management
