Legend Oaks North Austin is looking for a talented, dynamic and professional MDS Manager - RN to join our team in providing quality care and an amazing work environment for our colleagues.

Hourly position.

Specific duties for the MDS role includes:

Primary role is to conduct and coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) that is the Minimum Data Set (MDS).
Conduct Care Assessments (CAAs) and Care Plans in accordance with State and Federal requirements.
The MDS nurse participates as part of the facilities Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to manage patients care.
Other nursing duties as apply.
Job Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
MDS experience is required.
Experience working in the skilled nursing/ long term care setting is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must work well as part of an interdisciplinary team.
