MCS Instructor Job at FSCX, Inc

Duties:

  • Plans coordinates and conducts training and related instructional programs
  • Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
  • Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations
  • Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
  • May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
  • Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in the development of collective training products as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree - Preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Secret Security Clearance at time of hire
  • Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
  • Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
  • 2-4 years Military Experience in one or more of the following: Command Post of The Future system (CPOF), Command Web (CMD WEB)/ Engineers, AFATDS, Global Command and Control System (GCCS-A)/J2CM, Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS)
  • Demonstrated effective presentation and communication
