MCS Instructor Job at FSCX, Inc
Duties:
- Plans coordinates and conducts training and related instructional programs
- Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
- Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations
- Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
- May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
- Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participates in the development of collective training products as required.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree - Preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Secret Security Clearance at time of hire
- Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
- 2-4 years Military Experience in one or more of the following: Command Post of The Future system (CPOF), Command Web (CMD WEB)/ Engineers, AFATDS, Global Command and Control System (GCCS-A)/J2CM, Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS)
- Demonstrated effective presentation and communication
