LCRA is looking for a motivated individual to join our Supply Chain team to grow with us as a Material Specialist II, providing on-site support for our Dalchau Service Center, located in South Austin. This position is responsible for various material handling functions, including receiving, order picking and staging, and customer service with walk-up requests at the counter. If you enjoy taking initiative to find creative ways to solve complex problems and use your knowledge of best practices and experience to provide and improve services, we would like to talk to you.
You will be trusted to:
- forklift experience
- inventory ( cycle counts)
- computer skills
- communication skills
- customer service
- teamwork
You qualify with:
- Two or more years of experience in materials handling, inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
- Driver's license required for incumbents with corresponding driving responsibilities
- Employees in the Fayette Power Project and Ferguson attend and successfully complete Hazmat shipping training
You are a great fit with:
Experience in, Maximo, PeopleSoft, Outlook, Material handling. Any will be a plus.
