About the Position:

Cactus Family Farms is seeking a Wean to Finish Marketing Specialist in the North Central to Northeastern Iowa area! The Marketing Specialist evaluates market weights while communicating and facilitating with logistics department in the marketing strategy to ensure maximum optimal value at sites. The Marketing Specialist is an extremely valuable position in the system, driving profitability for the company.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge in commercial swine production, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to their career and company goals.

Location:

Waterloo, IA – North Central to Northeastern Iowa Region

Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to the following:

• Identifying and marking pigs in the facilities prior to harvest.

• Other tasks as needed to ensure the success and efficiency of Cactus Family Farm's Wean to Finish Operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Swine experience at a minimum of 1 year
• Have Microsoft Office and related computer skills.
