MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR !!!!

The marketing administrator assists in initiating jobs for creative design from inception to completion including trafficking

  • Work with General Manager to facilitate marketing needs for Clearwater entities including input on new marketing materials, proofing materials to ensure accuracy, distribution for approval, monitoring edits and seeing all jobs through to completion for final delivery.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines for timely delivery of jobs.
  • Communicate with vendors and coordinate with courier for delivery of proper quantities of product to requesting departments and/or entities.
  • Website maintenance: OTOWREALESTATE.com– including copy writing and photography of listings, uploading photos and proofing. o OTOWClearwaterinfo.com – coordinate and facilitate any updates and changes
  • Integration of our marketing communications efforts into social media; help determine opportunities to improve use of social media and develop “followers”
  • Social media content development and facilitate other social media efforts
  • Monitor our social media customer experience to ensure that it meets the needs of our target consumers and communicates in the voice of our brand
  • Develop customer management strategies to engage, service and deepen customer relationships on our social platforms
  • Assist with taking photographs as needed at community and resident related events
  • Monitor and maintain all collateral materials
  • Order approved collateral materials including business cards for all departments
  • Prepare ads for OTOWRE in OTOW news paper
  • Proof reads Clearwater newspaper.
  • Makes changes on MLS for active/pending/sold contracts
  • Create writeable forms for real estate contracts and listings
  • Create listing power point display for TV in lobby and for other uses
  • Social media plan for Face book monthly
  • Manage invoices for all marketing actives
  • Orders marketing materials, signage, marketing collateral, imprinted items
  • Spreadsheets for monthly reports.
  • Create Open House Flyers/ Posters
  • Create Job Opening Flyers
  • Adds funds to Postage meter
  • Bulk Post card mail outs – where to order, how many, how to get postage
  • Trouble shoot agents access to MLS/Follow up.
  • Ensure all resident boards are updated accordingly and on a regular basis
  • Maintain printing files, vendor files and miscellaneous files
  • Prepare signs and closure notices in-house for as needed, including holidays.
  • Front desk coverage as needed.
  • Gives monthly budget report to General Manager
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
  • Responsible for compliance of company policies and directives.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance are expected.
  • Reports any incident or accident to the Manager/Director. Informs manager of any issues.
  • Well organized, ability to multi-task, efficient.
  • Punctuality and Attendance are significant job reliabilities
  • Maintain clean and orderly work environment

EDUCATION:

  • High School Degree or GED Equivalent
  • Two year degree a plus.
  • College enrollment in business and/or marketing related studies.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum two years’ full-time experience in the workplace.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write and understand English - Optional
  • Bi-lingual helpful
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Dreamweaver and/or other website related experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels i.e.: Facebook, Twitter
  • Possess an ability to multi-task
  • Highly detail oriented

LICENSURE :

A valid Florida Driver's License Is Required

Must be able to manage multiple priorities.

o The majority of work is performed in outdoors. Exposure to high temperatures (95 degrees and above), low temperatures (32 degrees and below) and a variety of weather conditions is common.

o The typical noise level is medium to loud.

o While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; will regularly be required to stand, walk, and to lift up to twenty-five pounds; and will frequently be required to use hands to, handle, tighten, or feel. Vision requirements are close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

o Physical Requirements: Standing, stooping, pushing, pulling, bending, balancing, reaching, walking, repetitive motions.

o Must be able to lift/move up to fifty pounds or able to lift/move more than fifty pounds with assistance.

  • Must wear protective clothing as needed
  • Fill in for front desk when needed.
  • Completely take over admin position when there is no admin.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities. o Primary location will be an office environment but field work and other work sites may be required. o Majority of work performed in enclosed areas. Outside activities and exposure to environmental element, heat/cold possible.
  • o Any marketing request from Parkway/SCA etc.

Job Type: Full-time
