We are actively seeking a Marketing Sales Associate to join our team and work residents moving into our Continuing Care community. The Marketing Sales Associate is the point person in carrying out all steps of the process for prospective residents from initial contact to closing on the apartment and contract signing.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Communicates the programs, contracts, philosophy, values and practices of Kendal to prospective residents.

· Meets with prospects for discovery and tours of the community and communicates Kendal on Hudson’s value proposition.

· Acquires all necessary documentation/documents needed for move in and works closely with key staff (Resident Care Center, Resident Services, Facilities) to move the application process through in a timely manner.

· Documents all contacts in Salesforce to support ongoing customer service and cultivation.

· Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly contacts including calls, tours, presentation, conversions to applications and closings.

· Prepares reports as requested on occupancy, leads, activity, and assists Marketing with all events.

Qualifications:

· Four or more relevant years of experience with strong organizational skills. Prior Marketing/Sales experience in healthcare/long-term/senior living or equivalent preferred.

· Ability to multi-task in a busy environment with calmness, maturity, independence, good judgment, and a positive attitude.

· Excellent oral, written communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.

· Projects a consistently positive and professional; demonstrates good judgment and enjoys working with older adults.

· Strong computer skills which include working with CRM database Salesforce. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Able to reliable commute or relocate to Sleepy Hollow, NY
