Marketing/office assistant (part time or full time)

Job Description:

Individual will be tasked with expanding SFA’s social media & website outreach such as posting on social media for internal company updates, sharing current/ongoing projects to social media(s) with a summarized detailed description of the posting, creating aesthetic marketing graphics to share on social media, and expanding the exposure of the firm on all platforms. As well as keeping an organized filing system and assisting in day-to-day office functions. Team members are encouraged to express their thoughts and suggestions for ideas to mutually benefit the company and the team member.

Requirements:

i. Individual that has a good work ethic to keep up with a fast-paced work environment, self-motivated, articulate, time management skills, organized, respectful of others and the work environment, willing to work with others in a team driven environment, coachable, punctual, and has the willingness to expand their knowledge in the field and growth in the company.

ii. Proficient with multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Houzz.

iii. Proficient in software programs like Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe PDF, website management, Microsoft Office program(s), and website(s).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
