The Marketing Development Program is a 12-month program designed to prepare recent college graduates for a career in marketing by providing multiple core marketing experiences. These experiences provide rising TIers with an opportunity to lead and execute multiple strategic marketing projects for TI’s analog and embedded product portfolios. You will gain experience in the following areas:
- Campaign management – Execute marketing campaigns that positively shape TI’s brand reputation and drive new product engagement, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Content strategy – Lead earned media strategy and execution, and owned campaign content development to strengthen TI’s reputation in an assigned area TI wants to be known for.
- Channel strategy – Opportunity to help define and manage audience and objective-driven omnichannel marketing strategies leveraging email, paid search, social, programmatic, web personalization, and analytics tools.
- Analytics – Use a variety of analytics tools to unlock insights and intelligence from marketing programs, focused on building a competitive marketing advantage for TI.
Each of these experiences provides an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of global stakeholders across the company including other marketing teams, technical experts, communications, and sales.
Upon successful completion of the Marketing Development Program, rotators will deploy into a full-time role based on demonstrated areas of excellence and role availability.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategic Communications, Analytics, Management Information Systems. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with marketing courses or experience.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration or Marketing a plus
- Internship experience in a related field
- Demonstrated curiosity with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and make it actionable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive results
- Capable of working through ambiguity
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Strong listener with excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable of how to reach customer audiences with owned and paid media channels
- Confidence to direct, counsel, and influence multiple partners
- Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills with a team-focused mindset
