Summary
The Limelight Hotels Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of marketing support alongside the marketing team for day-to-day tasks for the Limelight Aspen, Limelight Snowmass, Limelight Ketchum and the Snowmass Mountain Club. They will assist in Development tasks as needed. They will assist in marketing tasks related to PR & Sales, hotel operations, food and beverage, and more. Specifically marketing administrative tasks and assisting the Marketing Manager with social media. This position requires strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the willingness to learn and think creatively!
- Update website content using Sitecore CMS tool, including changing menus and updating images and copy
- Help provide content and ideas for blog
- Assist with SEO audits and updates
- Responsible for Image Relay Library organization and collection creation
- Help create social media content and assist with posting
- Manage and coordinate invoice submissions
- Assist marketing team with paid media initiatives
- Assist with coordination and day-of management of photo and video shoots
- Assist marketing team with designing and printing signage and collateral
- Create and update InDesign templates
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with special events as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field- 1 - 2 years experience in Marketing – internship experience will be considered
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PPT, Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and Photoshop required
- Proofing/copywriting experience
- Effective organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Compatible personality to be a contributing team player
- Must be fluent in English
Additional Information
Supervision Given and Received
Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Received: Works under direct supervision of the Marketing Manager. Tasks are assigned according to specific procedures, and work is checked frequently. Instruction, advice and assistance are readily available.
- Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
- No adverse or hazardous conditions
- Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
