Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM (Flexibility required – occasional nights & weekends to support the needs of the organization)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and developing original content and collateral for YW3CA’s social media, website, digital, print and community presence to grow, sustain, and engage audiences, increase participation, enrollment and giving.
In collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Advancement Department and other teams, the Marketing Coordinator increases and measures brand awareness, web traffic and engagement, designs graphics, creates layouts, and produces flyers, social media posts, informational packets, announcements, and other marketing collateral for digital, print, and program use. Primary responsibilities include graphic design, web and social media management, content creation, brand compliance, audits, and representation tabling events.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborative team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit, great sense of organization, technical savvy, creativity, and eagerness to join YW’s fast-paced Advancement Department. Experience in impact driven storytelling, community relations, content creation, graphic design, social media, website management is required. Technical writing, strategic marketing, and multi-media production is an asset.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Design print and digital collateral, flyers, presentations, multimedia content, and graphics.
- Engage audiences through impact-driven storytelling and content creation.
- Monitor online comments, mentions and direct queries.
- Identify social media trends that drive engagement.
- Measure SEO, web, and social media traffic, compile outcome reports.
- Develop event and social media calendars.
- Create blogs, newsletters, and email blasts.
- Update website and optimize user experience.
- Represent YW at community and tabling events.
- Collaborate directly with Sr. Manager, CAO and team on campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
- Supervise and direct marketing interns.
- Report updates during weekly departmental meetings.
- Contribute to monthly and annual reports.
- Assist with campaign designs and annual report layouts.
- Support department planning, fundraising and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2-3 years related work experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
