The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives that help Western Equipment Finance grow their presence and market share. This position supports business development by fulfilling marketing project requests, coordinating project activity, and assists with the continual growth of market presence. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting the administration and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, supporting our development work and team members in being able to take full advantage of the system.

Duties and responsibilities:

Marketing Plan and Initiative Support

Marketing Coordination

Serve as support in fulfilling marketing requests and activities. Execute requests using Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management System (CMS) Umbraco, and other systems, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines and all deliverables deadlines are met.

Graphic Design Support

Perform basic layout and/or support of production design of advertisements, communications, flyers, etc. Work closely with Creative Marketing Specialist to execute graphic design requests. Research, brainstorm, and design visual content to ensure marketing campaigns are impactful for customers, team members, and the industry.

CRM System Support and Utilization

Assist the organization in fully utilizing data within our CRM system. Serve as a resource for continued education around the system, ensuring users have what they need in order to properly and fully utilize the system. Serve as a resource and support in implementation and change initiatives within the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, business, or related field preferred OR associates degree with a minimum of two years marketing or other related experience required.

• Demonstrates basic understanding of desktop publishing programs such as Adobe In-Design or Photoshop
• Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrates organizational, time management and follow up skills

• Experience in designing and demonstrating knowledge in working across diverse mediums, including print, digital, and other emerging media.
