Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days in office

Do you want to live in Denver and work closely with some of the biggest film studios in Hollywood and leaders in the performing arts space? We’re looking to add someone to our marketing team who will be responsible for executing all necessary marketing tasks to maintain a well-organized and highly functioning marketing & events program. Given the number of events we have a year (135+) and the variety of content, you should be a confident multi-tasker while being detail-oriented; maintaining continual focus to ensure accuracy, prioritization of tasks, & time management skills. It would be great if you had an appreciation for movies (including the classics), fandom and identifying ways to authentically engage with our audience.
Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with film studios (digital, pr, content teams etc.), exhibitors, and other content partners with the planning, executing, and tracking of various tactics for an event such as email, paid media, event, social media, and content marketing
- Liaise directly with external partners as it pertains to event management and support, including pre-event prep, coordination with vendors, and post-event requirements
- Be an active participant (and sometimes host) on weekly and bi-weekly cadence calls with internal teams and partner marketing representatives
- Spearhead and manage the administrative tasks associated with our marketing events including logistics, managing content calendars, coordinating with vendors, and liaising cross-departmentally. Secure and pull together all assets for theatrical pre-shows and trailing efforts.
- Coordinate Fathom-branded tactics inclusive of email marketing campaigns, including copy, creative assets, scheduling, testing, and database management
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for Fathom’s various marketing channels and for talent and content partners
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including uploading videos to various digital platforms, identifying influencers for partnership opportunities, write engaging copy for digital platforms, and social media promotions
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports to develop best practices
- Manage relationships with external vendors and content partners to ensure high-quality, engaging and timely execution of marketing programs
Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required for the right candidate) in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or project management
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Have a high level of creativity and have a sharp eye for design and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with social media platforms, including Twitter, FB, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience with Asana and/or other project management platform a plus
- Willing and able to learn and exhibits a “can-do attitude” on a daily basis
$40,000-$50,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
