Marketing Coordinator Job at American Leather Operations LLC
POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for cross functional activity across several mediums to drive improved brand awareness and affinity. This individual is responsible for assisting in event planning, supporting marketing initiatives to support sales, and managing internal marketing initiatives.
You will partner with teams across the company to identify new areas of opportunity for us to tell our story and support marketing initiatives.
This role will work closely with (and report into) the VP, eCommerce. The ideal candidate should have marketing and event planning experience, with a proven track record of success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Marketing team with day-to-day projects, which may include marketing campaigns, website updates, event planning, and reporting.
- Auditing and coordination of marketing collateral.
- Develop and manage all internal marketing communication systems.
- Assist in the creation of print, video and digital materials in support of the brand’s vision.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.
- Partner with sales and other departments to execute our marketing strategy that supports sales initiatives, while maintaining brand standards.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience
- Passion to learn with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts through on the job training and coaching.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate optimally across functions, inclusive of strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Must have Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, timely in completing project-based deadlines.
