The Marketing Content Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop a customer facing messaging framework for marketing communications and sales materials. This role is responsible for creating, editing, classifying, and optimizing content; while ensuring content is interesting, relevant, and discoverable. The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for day-to-day tasks and project plan documentation with guidance from senior staff. This role communicates updates to teams on progress vs. plan, issues, questions, etc., and supports business initiatives by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and target. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the needs between the marketing departments, as well as writing/editing and managing content calendars and deliverables for both campaigns and ongoing marketing efforts. Each Year VP/Marketing will develop a marketing plan that defines the coming year's positions and key objectives. This plan will drive marketing initiatives for the upcoming year and ensure alignment on overall sales performance targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and have experience managing successful fast-paced projects. This person must be prepared to work in an ever-changing environment and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Identify content gaps and work with Sales and Marketing to prioritize and develop materials
- Write, edit, and refine provided content by creating a library of marketing resource material for use by Sales, Marketing, and SMEs across the platform. Review the existing sales content and identify the best way to organize and manage the content on a go-forward basis
- Ensure content is consistent and provide quality control in our message to reinforce the brand
- Project manage content calendars and deliverables of all marketing materials (blogs, social posts, web pages, advertisements, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, emails, sales enablement resources, and other marketing assets) by coordinating between departments and writing/editing as required to match branding
- Project manage internal marketing content execution; providing consistent updating as materials are outdated
- Work with the creative team to gather and manage creative assets for use across campaigns
- Carry out performance analysis of marketing and lead gen processes by tracking: content, resource, and tool usage; sales enablement metrics and KPIs; and performance data to identify impact
- Assist with research on prospects, verticals, and industry trends
- Continue to develop knowledge and skills of the industry
- Utilize reporting to ensure meeting day-to-day and project goals. Reporting will capture accountability to meet goals and deadlines set by management

Required Education Experience:
- Four-year college degree - candidates with a degree in Marketing preferred
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation preferred Location
- The candidate can work remotely, hybrid or in a plant. Each day the employee is expected to fulfill an 8-hour shift
- This position will require minimal overnight trave
