Job Title : Marketing Communication Lead
Location : Austin, Tx
Responsibilities
- You will work in close collaboration with the Social Media & Content Lead to identify opportunities and implement effective social media campaigns that help us engage diverse audiences and deliver our sales goals, exceeding our business partners¿ expectations in the process
- Work with the Social Media & Content Lead to develop a monthly content calendar for all Volvo Car USA organic social channels
- Assist with the creation of in-house organic social media content for the Volvo Car USA audience
- Provide trafficking support on social media assets delivered by external agency partners and the Global Brand and Content Team
- Participate in social campaign brainstorms with the Brand Marketing Team
- Support Social Media & Content Lead with development of monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI reports for Volvo Car USA channels (Tier 1) and U.S. retailers (Tier 3)
- Ensure the Volvo brand is properly portrayed throughout social media initiatives, compliant to guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in social media marketing
- Fluency in social media trends across platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- A passion for exploring and engaging with cultural and digital content trends
- Proven track record of organically growing social engagement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- A natural collaborator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
