THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Associate to support our active Marketing and Business Development department. We are seeking an enthusiastic and career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for assisting with executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and email campaigns
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and competitor activities
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics
- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media channels
- Participate in events and trade shows to support brand awareness and lead generation activities
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Assist Marketing Department with other tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field
- Two years of relevant biotechnology/life sciences work experience or one year of relevant agency experience
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; high sense of professionalism
- Knowledge of Life Sciences sector (or a strong interest in Science)
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing global environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Marketing Automation tools, and CRM systems
- Can work well independently or collectively on multiple projects, demonstrating a high sense of prioritization
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention-to-detail
- Ability to work and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Positive, responsive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Relevant market research and data analysis experience, multi-stakeholder exposure, and proficiency in a foreign language are all pluses but are not required
