United Bank & Trust is seeking an individual that can be successful in a position with variety of work. This position greets customers, answers phones, is responsible for supporting the Banks marketing efforts, including graphic design, and will perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Major Function:
Responsible for greeting and assisting customers with routine requests, questions and concerns while developing relationships with existing and prospective customers through consistent delivery of customer service.
Assists in coordination of marketing activities in advertising, promotions, community involvement and new product introductions through all media platforms, including digital and social media. Assists in developing marketing materials.
This role will perform administrative tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide a great first impression when greeting guests. Direct guests to the waiting area or appropriate department.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directly handle and/or research routine requests, questions and concerns, or determine appropriate employee to transfer call to.
- Assist the marketing department with development of promotional materials, campaigns, graphic design, and event planning across all media platforms, including, print, website, digital/video advertising, social media, radio and TV.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
- Assures all marketing material complies with compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Support strategic activities that contribute to the Banks success.
- Perform administrative tasks and staff support to departments as needed.
- Assist with scanning documents and maintaining complete and organized electronic records.
- Provide consistent delivery of customer service in order to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assure confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Represent the bank and promote a positive image through active community involvement.
- Cultivate a culture that supports our core values through innovation, creativity, teamwork and diversity.
Education & Experience
- Associates Degree or higher, required
- Previous experience in customer service, required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferred.
- Graphic design experience required, preference given for experience in Adobe InDesign.
