The Marketing Analyst reports to the Marketing Supervisor and is responsible for consistent execution for our branding efforts by expanding our member base while controlling costs. This position will assist and develop new initiatives aligned with the company goals. The marketing analyst must be an organized multitasker who is able to handle many projects at once and meet deadlines while doing so.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination of the marketing department activities.
• Planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Supervisor, Regional Managers, and Senior Management to create short- and long-term marketing plans according to specific club locations, competitors, seasonality.
• Responsible for working with media agencies with ongoing project management and budget creation of projects.
• Assisting in making recommendations based on data analysis from social media platforms, analytics, and campaigns.
• Responsible for the efficiency of digital campaigns through Google Ad Spend and targeting.
• Understanding geolocation and proximity data derived from consumers' enabled devices from Placer.ai.
• Assist in creating club promotions and event organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding different CRM systems, equivalent to Salesforce or Oracle.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel.
• Firm grasp of various marketing platforms and channels, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Understanding of traditional and emerging market channels.
• Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and detail focused.
• Collaborative team player with a TON of ENERGY!
• Exhibit confidence and flexibility in an extreme fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Occasional travel required.
• Candidates with an extreme passion for health, wellness, and the fitness industry is a plus.
