nVenia is currently adding a Manufacturing Production Technician, responsible for supporting the Machine Shop and all processes and equipment associated within the department. You’ll support manufacturing operations, interpret drawings and job-related documents, utilize company ERP system and approved drawing to ensure proper manufacturing job details are presented to the production team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be able to read mechanical prints and drawings and identify manufacturing requirements.

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing ERP system experience, EPICOR preferred.

· Understanding of Machining and Fabrication practices (Milling, Turning, and Welding).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear for up to 10 hours; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
