- Take part in NPI meetings, providing value for tooling, process, and manufacturability
- Develop new metal fabrication processes, create/train operators on new work instructions
- Set up and debug machine part programs on CNC machines
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools
- Identify any SPC requirements on special dimensions that would evaluate and summarize a necessity in the manufacturing process
- Test all new cutting tools and systems
- Assist the QC department and run off PPAP parts to help bring the process up to full production

A successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
- At least 2 year in engineering and manufacturing environments
- Expertise working with CNC presses, mills, and lathes
- Knowledge of CAD design for New Product Development and legacy products
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma concepts
- Passionate about engineering and manufacturing quality
- Detail oriented
- 4 year technical degree
