Manufacturing Associate Job at Automated Motorized Shades
Our company is growing and we’re looking for new team members to join our Production Department located in Pompano Beach, Florida. We offer competitive pay, paid time off and benefits!
Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- High pace, high volume production
- Prepare and assemble parts
- Cut materials required for assembly
- Unload truck deliveries daily (not all day)
- Ability to work in hot & cold temperatures depending on season (indoors production environment)
- Experience working with hand tools such as chop saw, grinder, drill is a plus but not required
- Follow all safety procedures
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Manufacturer Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- High level of flexibility
- Dependable (attendance is very important)
- Desire to learn and get cross trained (we want everyone to learn all aspects of the company!)
- Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail
- Basic computer skills
Manufacturer Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to effectively work hand tools for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
