Manager, Total Rewards, Sales Compensation
Overview
The Total Rewards Team delivers world class programs that position our company as an employer of choice. Our global team designs and delivers consumer focused compensation, benefits and mobility programs for our employees, and leads all human resources M&A activities.

This position has responsibility for managing the support and analytics of sales compensation programs across the organization.

Role:
  • Implement and manage sales compensation plans globally, across multiple business units
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation payouts for various sales plans across the organization, while ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions
  • Perform data audits on performance metrics to ensure alignment with current plan design
  • Lead the design and implementation process for system/model enhancements for incentive calculations and complete user acceptance testing
  • Support communication and training strategy for sales compensation plans; ensure key stakeholders have a maximum understanding of the plan
  • Create and maintain training documents; provide training sessions as needed across the sales organization
  • Serve as point of contact for sales employees, managers and sales leadership to address questions regarding our sales compensation plans and perform research as needed to help resolve issues
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll submissions for sales incentive programs

All About You
  • Financial or sales compensation experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver HR solutions to the business in the areas of sales compensation
  • Strong excel, analytical, modeling, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels, manage multiple work streams and guide decision making
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Desire to work and grow in a changing environment
  • Experience in Salesforce.com a plus
