Job Purpose:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will oversee the CST talent acquisition team, hiring processes, reporting and employment marketing for all CST brands. This role will lead key initiatives related to recruiting with a focus on technology, quality of hire, process improvements and growing/developing the TA Team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead TA program including partnership and collaboration with leadership to ensure business needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Provides direction, facilitate goal-setting, and deliver regular feedback to help team members achieve their professional goals and business needs..
  • Oversee employment marketing spend and continually seek new and interesting methods to attract top talent to CST.
  • Partner with Compensation Committee and HR leaders to ensure internal & external offers are equitable to the market.
  • Ensure TA reporting steps are accurate and timely resulting in an ongoing communication stream with business leaders.
  • Able to pro-actively source talent through Indeed and LinkedIn for corporate and senior management talent.
  • Continually identify, vet and recommend creative new sourcing techniques.
  • Lead recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices among the CST TA team and our Hiring Manager population.
  • Direct placement for corporate roles as determined by volume and structure.
  • Oversee onboarding steps for those positions placed by this role. Ensures administrative HR functions are completed in accordance with policy.
  • Additional HR related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong history (at least 3-5 years' experience) of leading a high-performance recruitment function in a related environment.
  • Proven ability and interest in growing and developing a team resulting in HR bench for promotion.
  • 5-7+ years of direct souring/recruiting experience with a wide variety of job disciplines, specifically in corporate, senior level and niche roles.
  • Understanding of employment marketing & branding strategies; able to pivot vendors & resources to meet the needs of a growing, vibrant organization.
  • Experience leading projects, communicating status/results and taking initiative to drive for results.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and able to approach growth strategically.
  • PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology is required.
  • Ability to accurately and articulately document information; able to present concepts and recommendations individually and in group presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
