What You’ll Do

  • With oversight of the financial reporting process, the Manager will bring an agile, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset that will enable them to partner with senior management in the organization
  • Lead the implementation of new enterprise accounting software
  • Work with Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to develop and improve existing financial reporting processes and standards
  • Assist with technical research, technical accounting and writing of technical memo
  • Drive integration accounting for any merger and acquisition activity
  • Experience in impairment analysis and goodwill and intangibles valuation
  • Liaison with auditors and manage the audit process
  • Drive period, quarter, and year-end close process, ensuring compliance with appropriate policies, reconciliations and accuracy of financial information for both external reporting and internal management reporting
  • Prepare, analyze and present financial reports (income statements, balance sheets and cash flow) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Knowledge in developing and managing the Chart of Accounts ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal management reporting
  • Ensure that timely, accurate, and insightful financial information is provided to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Responsible for various analyses, ad-hoc reporting, and special reporting requests
  • Reports to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area of study
  • CPA certification
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience including technical accounting
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial as the position involves the ability to satisfy and influence various stakeholders, including senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Must be able to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Education and Experience

  • MBA
  • Prior PE portfolio company experience
  • Previous successful ERP migrations
