RESPONSIBILITIES
Appearance Coordination:
  • Responsible for initial conversation, vetting, scheduling, billing and tracking.
  • Execution of successful appearances, proactive in providing more opportunity for teams that align with our goals.
  • Responsible for capturing content at designated appearances and important events.
  • Responsible for adding all appearances into respective teams’ payroll.

Assistance with Management of all outsourced teams (Pogoliers, Minis and any future outsourced team additions):
  • Coordinates contracts and payment.
  • Coordinates hotel and travel accommodations.
  • Uniform Ordering
    • Design Assistance
    • Purchase process and tracking
    • Sizing, distribution, and inventory
  • Overall Brand Management
    • Communication with outsourced team managers on a regular basis providing feedback on performance execution
    • Conceptualize lighting, LED’s, props and videography
    • Collaborate with creative team on production visuals

Auditions/ Signature Events:
  • Audition recruitment
    • Assist Sr. Manager with execution of year-round marketing plan and execution for all teams
    • Assist Sr. Manager year-round workshop/prep-class plan specific to each teams’ market
  • Audition planning and execution
    • Assist Sr. Manager with logistical planning and execution
    • Capture content at event
  • Team Photo-shoots
    • Collaborate with team on design, backdrops, and overall vision
    • Assist in coordinating location, timing and venue logistics
    • Scheduling- make-ups artists, hairstylists and/or additional needed staff
    • Capture behind the scenes content
  • Youth Sports
    • Coordinate talent for all clinics
    • Assist in marketing plan and execution
    • Create more opportunity and more extensive plan that align with our goals
Content Execution:
  • Content Capture
    • Assist with photography and design of creative elements for teams
    • Fundamentals of media production and content creation necessary
  • Archive and organize all photography and videography
  • Website
    • Ideate and execute new content
    • Sponsor/ Partner fulfillment- banner titles, promotions
  • Monthly photo and video shoots
    • Plan logistics
      • Location and permits
      • Assist in styling
      • Scheduling- make-ups artists, hairstylists and/or additional needed staff
      • Collaborate with Sr. Manager on ideas
    • Execution of on–set styling
    • Capture behind the scenes content
    • Post Shoot
      • Organize photos to coincide with social calendar
  • New Social Platforms Ideation
  • Social Calendar
    • Assist team with creation, management, and distribution of content
Payroll and Time Keeping Management (Wine and Goldies, PowerHouse, Scream Team, 216Stix):
  • Create and manage all entertainment team schedules
  • Approve and code hours to proper events daily weekly
  • Run monthly reports and track hours in budget tracking spreadsheet
