Digital Diagnostics is looking for a Manager, Corporate IT to lead our internal company infrastructure and oversee the technical components of our employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Working in a team setting, the position will lead a team of system administrators and support team personnel to deliver exceptional customer service responding to IT service requests, ensuring high availability of appropriate company system hardware, and professional support of company server, software, and networking infrastructure.

Additional responsibilities of the role include:

  • Successful onboarding and offboarding of employees including provisioning of appropriate technology assets.
  • Leads or participates in the evaluation of new suppliers or vendors as needed.
  • Oversees technology activities for System Administration.
  • Maintains accurate financial records (including regular reconciliation of IT expenses) and participates in annual budget processes.
  • Authors or updates policies and procedures as needed to provide consistent support services to customers.
  • Provide regular operational and performance metrics to leadership.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Ensure helpdesk requests are resolved in a timely fashion as per service level agreement.
  • Ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes are followed including the completion of appropriate records.
  • Suggest meaningful opportunities to eliminate waste in infrastructure costs, procedures, documentation, and to facilitate an enterprise mindset.
  • Perform capacity planning to ensure adequate people resources exist to run the company’s infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and appropriate governance of our corporate infrastructure (e.g. malware and phishing mitigation, anti-virus protections, etc.).
  • Lead or participate in the commercial evaluation of new suppliers or vendors that provide software or services.
  • Follows appropriate procurement process.
  • Actively participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Ensure modern approach to Operations Hygiene, Incident Management, Encryption, Application, Cloud and Network Security, Information Governance, IAM, MDM, Asset Management, Contingency Planning, Privacy, Third Party Management, Compliance, Audit, and Accountability.
  • Author/follow SOPs/WI to ensure corporate IT systems are compliant with the appropriate regulations.
  • Actively participate in staff development. Provides for a safe work environment.
  • Conduct postmortems to learn from system outages, down time, and fixes issues.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to communities of best practices.

  • The role will also require operational experience in such areas as procurement, financial reconciliation, service contracts, etc.
  • Management experience is preferred but not required.
