CED is a growing, nationwide company with over 700 locations. We are expanding our business in many locations and offer an incredible way to jumpstart your career or transition to a role with more focus on sales and real business management.
Hiring locations: Valparaiso, Michigan City, Chicagoland
Company sponsored relocation required 1-2 times in Northern Indiana, Chicagoland, or Michigan
Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Business Management
- Sales/Business Development
- Operations
- Electrical Supply Knowledge
- Warehouse Operations
- Supplier Product Seminars
- Counter Sales
- Inventory Control
- Purchasing
- Corporate Administrative Exposure
- Customer Relations
Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training.
We are looking for people who aren't afraid of a fast paced and sales-oriented environment and have a desire to grow one of our business locations. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
