Hire Priority Staffing, a leader in Apartment Maintenance Staffing is currently seeking qualified Make Ready Technicians to join our team. We have opportunities throughout the Greater Houston area. If you are a team player who takes pride in their work, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner for new residents to move in.
- Essential duties include but were not limited to Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Repaired and treated structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
- knowledge in appliance repair & installation
- Ability to prioritize work load
Qualifications:
- Must have your own basic tools
- Remodeling, handyman, general labor or construction background is a plus if you have no onsite experience.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
