Maintenance Technician(Part-Tim/On Call) Job at Cromwell Realty, LLC
Busy property management company looking to hire an experienced maintenance technician to service rental properties around the metro area, to include Atlanta, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry, Dekalb, Fulton, and Rockdale counties. Ideal candidate will have their own transportation and tools as job require travelling to properties and candidate will need to have all necessary tools to perform the job. Position is part-full time depending on work and hours are flexibile to allow candidate to continue to pursue opportunities on the side. Please see below for additional requirements.
- Ability to be available duruing the week and weekends, depending on tenant availability.
- Ability to be on call for emergencies, at times.
- Must have relaible transportation and own tools, travel required to properties
- Must have valid DL
- Must have relaible communication and be able to complete assigned tasks promptly and with limited supervision.
- Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicated with a range of tenants, management and subcontractors.
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and dependable
General maintenance/handyman skills to include:
- light to medium plumbing/electrical(toilets, valves, faucets, piping, etc)(outlets, switches, breakers, etc.)
- carpentry(drywall, trim, hanging doors, windows, etc.)
- turnovers(paint, flooring, etc.)
- trash outs/clean ups
- eviction set outs
- landscaping is a plus, ie owns mower/equipment
- HVAC skills/knowledge is a plus!
This is a 1099 position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
