Position Summary
Each day, you will work with a team of experts that will help you to learn the tricks of the trade and equip you with a wide range of skills to respond to resident and staff requests for repairs and preventative maintenance. Maintenance technicians will be on their feet, moving throughout their day ensuring a safe workplace and upholding company policies and procedures. Maintenance technicians may be required to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, climbing, and stooping; and visually inspect tools and equipment.
