OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has a minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in an Apartment Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance role. Must be flexible and have reliable transportation. Must have the ability to be on-call, and has experience in all areas of property maintenance. Is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail, and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service!

Maintenance Job Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Referred Experience in all areas of property maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, carpet installation, pool upkeep/cleaning, and electrical.
• Good customer service skills
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others, and have strong communication skills
• Other job duties as assigned by Manager

Physical/Mental/Organizational Capabilities: The individual must possess the ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, balance, climb stairs and lift, push/pull, and carry. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to reach with hands and arms; stand; walk; and use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, technological equipment, tools, or controls.

Visual/Hearing Capabilities: The visual ability necessary to read and interpret a computer screen is required. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception, and field vision. The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles. The hearing ability necessary to communicate with others is required. The individual must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with employees and customers on all levels of the organization.

Work Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday schedule with ability to take call for on-site emergencies; (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property)
