Maintenance Technician Job at Royal Destinations
Royal Destinations, a luxury property management company on 30A, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have maintenance experience and are a team player with a great attitude, we’d like to hear from you. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the level of care that goes into each vacation rental.

Responsibilities to include:
- Must be organized and capable of keeping track of work orders, status updates, vendor requests, and expense receipts.
- Inspecting rental properties
- General working knowledge of maintenance repairs.
- Must be skilled in the internet and cable troubleshooting.
- Must be skilled in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Must be skilled in troubleshooting pool/hot tub issues.
- Must be capable of inspecting work completed by third-party vendors to ensure work has been done satisfactorily and completed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Must have:
- A valid Driver’s License
- Flexible Schedule (weekends required)
- Access to a smartphone (with the ability to download an app that will be used for obtaining work orders/updating orders while in the field)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
- General electrical, plumbing, home electronics knowledge
Language Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and compose instructions and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to guests, management, and employees of the organization
Physical Requirements:
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand; walk; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and or move more than 75 pounds.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
