Oak Creek Apartments is looking for a dynamic maintenance technician to join our maintenance team. You will be part of a 5 member team supporting 436 units.
Qualified applicants must have apartment maintenance experience and should be familiar with all aspects of maintenance: basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical. Experience with HVAC is required. You should have your own basic tools and reliable transportation. You will be asked to be on-call one week a month. As a primary customer interface, demonstrated customer services skills a must.
