WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a maintenance technician in the multi-family housing industry is preferred.
- HVAC Certification Required: Type II, or EPA Universal #KSSITE
