Maintenance Technician Job at Lloyd Management
We are growing and looking to add a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to our team! In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties in Northfield and Faribault, MN!
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Building systems maintenance
- Apartment/Townhome repairs and reconditioning
- Sheetrock repairs
- Painting
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor electrical work
- Grounds care and snow removal
Requirements
- Maintenance or repair experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate!
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Available for after hour emergencies as needed
