Maintenance Technician 2, full time 40.0 hours per week. $18.10 per hour (+ on-call hours pay accordingly) full comprehensive benefits packages. 4-day work week may be considered after successful completion of probation. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills required.

This position performs and advises on building and equipment maintenance and repairs, and performs some grounds maintenance and custodial services as needed. The position assists with assigning and follow-up on work contracted through vendors. Core business hours as it relates to this position, late night and on-call hours as required; often rotation hours with other facilities staff.
High school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience. Certification of trade skills training program may substitute for one year of experience. Required to have forklift certification within 6 months of hire. Must have current driver's license. Experience in building and equipment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related work.
