Maintenance Technician Job at Henlopen Hotel
Henlopen Hotel Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
· Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
· Responds to guest room calls for maintenance related issues in a professional manner
· Replaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower.
· Responsible for the exterior cleaning of the building such as parking garage, storage areas
· Maintains organization of the maintenance shop.
· Paints guest rooms, interior and exterior walls, trim, and stairwells
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
