Hiring a full time Apartment Maintenanace Technician, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:30. Maintenance responsibilities cover properties located in 3 local areas - Buena Vista, GA, Cusseta, GA and Preston, GA., all within a short driving distance. Our company offers full benefits with competitive pay. Duties include, but not limited to, working with Site Manager to achieve efficient property operation, completing work orders related to plumbing, electrical, painting, inspection of units, buildings, grounds, etc. EPA Class 2 Certification is preferred for HVAC, but on the job training is provided is this certification is not held.
