We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician.
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs (both minor and major). They implement regular and preventive maintenance programs that promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff, and communicates with the Maintenance Director on the condition of buildings and equipment. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have good building maintenance experience, and be familiar with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance throughout the community.
- Demonstrates excellent trouble-shooting skills. Be able to think outside the box to figure out a solution.
- Work with the electronic work order system( Worx Hub)
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families and everyone in the community.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATICATION
- 2-3 Years or more Experience of facilities and/or building maintenance, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair.
- Loves to work with seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
